Scoutrak

Scoutrak will be a web based system for volunteers, leaders, scouts, and parents can collaborate in a cub scout, boy scout, girl scout, or other similar environment. The web based ap would allow group leaders and volunteers to:

• Maintain contact information.
• Organize financial and budget statements.
• Schedule events and provide these schedules for viewing or printing.
• Track scout advancements, accomplishments, and other pertinent data.
• Develop an online document repository users to post or retrieve.
• Maintain private and public areas

Cost to the individual organizations would have to be relatively small, but there are literally thousands of scouting bodies through the US alone who would benefit from a simplified and open method to track this information.
