This should be a printing software specifically meant to print flip books. It should contain of Image extraction from a video clip with a maximum length of 1 min. There should be at least 10-15 frames of per sec of the video file.
Also it should contain a proper tool for printing these images as like 1 sec which might contain 10-15 frames can be printed on 1 sheet of paper.
