In Windows XP I can right click on the task bar and choose how to have my non-minimized windows arranged to fill the screen.

I’d like to have a program exactly like that for Ubuntu/Gnome/Xorg (which-ever of those makes sense so long as it works in Ubuntu and Gnome.
