Plone4ArtistsCalendar is an add-on product for Plone which provides a calendar enhanced view of any folder or SmartFolder of events. By activating the calendar features, you get a month or listing view of your events, and a past events archive listing view.
There are also import/export features using the iCalendar standard. You can import events via iCalendar by uploading a file or pointing to a URL, or you can export a folder of events and display them in your desktop calendaring application such as Apple iCal or Mozilla Sunbird.
We have started this pledge to raise money for the further development of Plone4ArtistsCalendar and in particular to fund the 1.1 release which will bring support for Plone 3.0.

Thanks for Lennart’s efforts, I’m pleased to announce this 1.1b1 release which is the first version compatible with Plone 3.0. Please download and try it out and report any bugs.

I would have donated far sooner, if the need had been known.
dev.plone.org/plone.org/ticket… suggests an improvement to the Plone web site, to accommodate pledge mechanisms such as this.
