Scuttle is an opensource implementation but does not offer enterprise features.
ConnectBeam targets the enterprise and has many features, but is not opensource.

This is a great idea. I wonder if you could sell it?
You could, in the sense that anything can be sold if you have good marketing, but I’m not sure if it would be a success.
I believe opensource strategies like selling services on top of the GPL’d software or development of custom features is a better idea.
