I need a script made for smooth vertical scrolling lists. The lists will be dynamically generated links or objects. Ideally it will have a carousel type smooth scroll function with easing. Each click of the nav arrows will scroll down 1 page worth of info, with the new top item aligning with the top of the window.
The second optional stage will be to create a wordpress plugin for easily inserting these lists into posts and pages via a quicktag button.
I am happy for jcarousel or similar to be used as the base for this.
